Summer Program Terms and Conditions

Terms of Use

By registering your teen for this program, you agree to the following terms:

1. One Registration Per Teen
Each registration is valid for one participant only. Multiple registrations under the same name or household may be subject to cancellation.

2. Attendance & Participation
Participants are expected to attend all live sessions and engage respectfully with facilitators and peers. Failure to attend or participate fully may impact eligibility for any offered incentives or recognition.

3. Zoom Access & Communication
Zoom links and program details will be sent after registration closes on July 27th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure access to Zoom and that the participant joins on time each week.

4. No Refund Policy
All registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, missed sessions, or change of plans.

5. Youth Laboratory Member Discount
Youth Laboratory members who complete the full program will receive a 33% refund after the program ends. Attendance and participation in all sessions is required.

6. Session Recordings & Media Consent
All sessions will be recorded for quality assurance, promotional, and educational purposes. By registering and attending, you grant permission and consent for your teen’s image, voice, and participation to be recorded and potentially used in marketing materials (including websites, social media, and print).
Recordings will not be shared directly with participants and will be used responsibly in line with our commitment to participant privacy.

7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Any form of bullying, inappropriate behavior, or disruption may result in immediate removal from the program without refund or further participation.
